Property Manager – Koh Phangan (Thai National)

Our client is looking for a committed and experienced Thai national Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a premium property in Koh Phangan. This role requires a flexible, hands-on professional who can ensure smooth functioning and provide exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations with full accountability
• Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs seamlessly
• Supervise cleaning, laundry, and maintenance teams to ensure efficiency
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all areas
• Monitor supplies and manage operational expenses responsibly

Requirements

• Proven experience in property management or hospitality (hotel background advantageous)
• Strong communication skills (English required; Thai language a plus)
• Highly organized, reliable, and trustworthy with strong attention to detail
• Flexible availability to meet operational needs
• Familiarity with online booking platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com preferred
