Job Overview
A leading real estate company in Koh Samui is seeking a highly motivated and professional Villa Manager to oversee the operations of luxury villas. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards, delivering exceptional service to tenants and owners, and managing on-site teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect rental payments and property fees from tenants and owners
- Meet with potential tenants and conduct property viewings
- Provide prompt, professional responses to tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints
- Perform regular property inspections and report conditions to management and/or owners
- Oversee, maintain, and inspect all assigned properties to ensure high standards
- Supervise on-site teams including cleaners, gardeners, and maintenance staff
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance schedules, and third-party service providers
- Handle administrative tasks including invoices, reports, and coordination across departments (accounting, rental, owner relations)
- Support reservation operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs
Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, property management, or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to multitask efficiently
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Service-minded with a positive, professional attitude
- Fluent in English with strong customer-service orientation
- Professional and well-groomed appearance
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required
