A leading real estate company in Koh Samui is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to drive property sales and manage a high-performing sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strategies to achieve revenue targets, building strong client relationships, and ensuring exceptional service standards. This role requires a results-oriented leader with a proven track record in real estate or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property buyers, investors, and partners
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform sales strategies
- Oversee property viewings, negotiations, and closing of sales deals
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support promotional campaigns and events
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the real estate or hospitality sectors
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Professional appearance and customer-service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required
