Job Overview
A newly established real estate company in Koh Samui is seeking a proactive and reliable General Assistant to support daily business operations. The General Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth office management, assisting with client relations, and providing administrative support across departments. This position is ideal for someone organized, service-minded, and eager to grow within a dynamic real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, filing, and document preparation
- Assist with client communications, inquiries, and appointment coordination
- Support property listings by preparing marketing materials and updating company databases
- Coordinate property viewings and assist sales staff with client visits
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoice preparation and expense tracking
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the workplace is organized and efficient
- Liaise with external service providers and contractors when required
- Assist management with reports, presentations, and project coordination
- Perform general office duties to support the smooth running of daily operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in administration, office support, or customer service preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Service-minded with a professional and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Thai is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
