The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the hotel and its services, enhance brand visibility, and drive revenue growth. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage both online and offline marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to attract local and international guests.
- Digital Marketing: Manage social media platforms, online advertising, and website content to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging promotional materials, newsletters, press releases, and advertisements.
- Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and local businesses to increase brand exposure.
- Event Promotion: Support the organisation and promotion of hotel events, special offers, and seasonal campaigns.
- Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to management.
- Other Duties: Perform any additional tasks assigned by management to support the marketing function.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in hospitality marketing or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Thai or other languages is an advantage.
