Foreman – Luxury Villa Project

The Construction company is seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman to oversee daily on-site operations for a high-end luxury villa construction project in Koh Samui. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in residential construction, strong leadership abilities, and a keen eye for quality and detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site
• Manage and monitor workers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and timelines
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site safety practices
• Monitor material usage and report shortages or issues
• Report progress, challenges, and updates to the Project Manager
• Assist in scheduling work and resolving on-site issues efficiently

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a Foreman in residential or villa construction
• Experience in luxury or high-end residential projects is an advantage
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and plans
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of construction safety standards
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical or vocational certification in construction or related field
• Basic English communication skills (advantage)
• Familiarity with local construction regulations in Koh Samui
