Luxury Project site in Koh Samui is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in construction site operations. The ideal candidate will have proven skills in leadership, time management, and AutoCAD, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting infrastructure and building projects in the beautiful island setting of Koh Samui.
key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise construction activities on-site
- Manage contractors and subcontractors to meet project standards
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and developers
- Review and ensure execution aligns with AutoCAD drawings
- Prepare and manage BOQ and quantity surveying
- Monitor project progress, timeline, and budget
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth project execution

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or project management
- Experience in residential or villa projects preferred
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, BOQ, and quantity surveying
- Good command of English
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
