The Digital Marketing Manager will lead and execute online marketing strategies to promote the company’s rental and hospitality services in Koh Samui. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and hands-on experience with digital platforms to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Design and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and email.
- Content Creation: Oversee production of engaging content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts tailored to target audiences.
- Social Media Management: Manage company profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to grow followers and engagement.
- SEO & SEM: Optimize website and online listings to improve search rankings and run paid advertising campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Qualifications
- Thai nationality (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or property rental.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, Google Ads, and SEO tools.
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
- Creative mindset with ability to adapt to fast-changing digital trends.
- Familiarity with Koh Samui’s tourism and rental market is an advantage.
