The Rental Operation Manager will oversee the daily operations of rental properties in Koh Samui, ensuring smooth processes, excellent customer service, and efficient management of resources. This role requires strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and a deep understanding of the local market.
Key Responsibilities
- Property Management: Supervise rental properties, including check-in/check-out procedures, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to tenants and guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Team Supervision: Lead and train staff to maintain high operational standards.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, rental income, and expenses to ensure profitability.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to local laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and operational performance.
Qualifications
- Thai nationality (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in rental operations, hospitality, or property management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Thai and English.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of Koh Samui’s rental market is an advantage.
