Senior Operations Manager – Luxury Property

Our Client is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a prestigious luxury property in Koh Samui. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of eight years of proven experience in operational management within the luxury hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all operational activities to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards aligned with the property’s luxury brand.
• Manage and oversee departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and security.
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and optimize revenue streams through strategic planning and resource management.
• Foster a culture of excellence, professionalism, and guest satisfaction among staff.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with executive management to develop business strategies and growth opportunities.
• Handle guest relations and resolve escalated issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to uphold service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management within luxury hospitality environments.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position based in Koh Samui. The successful candidate must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the nature of luxury hospitality operations.
