Well Care Business is seeking an experienced and passionate Wellness / Detox Manager to lead and oversee our holistic wellness and detox programs in Koh Samui. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spa management, holistic therapies, or detox programs, with proven leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage therapists and wellness practitioners. This role requires hands-on operational management, team leadership, guest engagement, and program development to ensure exceptional client experiences and high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
- Oversee daily operations of wellness and detox programs
- Ensure smooth scheduling of therapists and treatment programs
- Maintain high service quality and hygiene standards
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and supplier coordination
2. Team Leadership & Training
- Supervise spa therapists and wellness practitioners
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations
- Foster a positive, professional, and service-oriented team culture
- Ensure therapists follow proper detox protocols and treatment guidelines
3. Guest Experience & Program Oversight
- Conduct wellness consultations and explain detox programs
- Customize detox plans in collaboration with therapists/nutrition advisors
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and retention
4. Business & Sales Development
- Drive wellness program sales and upselling opportunities
- Monitor KPIs, revenue targets, and cost control
- Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
- Build partnerships with local hotels, resorts, and wellness communities
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in spa, wellness, or detox management
- Background as a spa therapist, wellness coach, or holistic practitioner preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of detox programs, holistic therapies, and wellness trends
- Excellent English communication skills (Thai or other languages a plus)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to live and work in Koh Samui
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in spa therapy, nutrition, naturopathy, or holistic health
- Experience managing retreat or resort wellness operations
- Sales-driven mindset with understanding of wellness clientele
